Return Policy

Custom Orders: Enriched Stitches produces each product by custom order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for completion and/or delivery. These items are not in stock. We ask that you please carefully read our refund policy. All items are custom produced per custom order. Therefore, all merchandise is non-refundable due to custom printing. We are not responsible for the customers misspelling of names or numbers. Please double check spelling before you place an order. We will match it letter for letter on the order form. Enriched Stitches thoroughly inspects all merchandise prior to the printing process for defects (such as, but not limited to: holes, tears, stains, fading, etc.) In the event an item is found defective prior to printing, this may cause a slight delay in your order due to product exchange. Under the circumstances that a customer has received a defected item, an exchange may be made only when Enriched Stitches has determined, in person, that it is not due to the buyer’s carelessness.

In stock merchandise: Certain items may be marked in stock for immediate delivery or local pickup, after payment is finalized. In stock items may qualify for an exchange for store credit only. No cash or credit card refunds will be allowed. Any items that are damaged, have been washed, or defected in any way after purchase will not be eligible for this exchange policy.
