**Important Information**

Our store return policy is posted at the bottom of the each page for customers to read and understand.

This past year (2017-18) has been high with back ordered/out of stock products. While we love new styles, it can be very difficult to keep up with them on a daily basis. We do try our best to stay on top of merchandise. It can be a matter of minutes that stock is depleted. And sometimes it's weeks before we know an ETA on re-stocked items.

Our shop tries our best to keep customers informed, and offer a similar product for replacement. Please note (as in the return policy) that this can extend wait times on receiving your product. In store credit is given for future purchases or in the case of exchanging back ordered or out of stock items. If this is the situation, please contact our shop to discuss what the credit will be used for if placing another order, instead of purchasing and paying online and then asking for cash return.

Normal turn around time for producing orders is 2 weeks. During the peak season (early fall through the first of the year), orders can sometimes take 3-4 weeks depending on the volume.

Britton's Bullpen Customers:

**All orders placed as Christmas gifts must be placed by December 1st. No orders after December 1st will be guaranteed for Christmas delivery.

**Unfortunately our shop doesn't know every tournament date. Therefore, we cannot guarantee your items for a tournament. Ex: An order is placed, and expected for the next weekends tournament. These are dates that only you are aware of. If this is the case, please contact me directly for assistance. We also offer a limited stock of BB apparel on hand in the store for quick shopping.

**There is a box at checkout "Special Instructions to Seller". This is an important box, please use it for anything I need to know. If I have any questions about the information, I will contact you.

**Only credit will be given to the player when their team information is noted in the box during checkout. If there is no team/player information, then credit will not be given for that order.

Lastly, I advise everyone to follow our Facebook page! I post often here, and make sure to share important information. This is where I share new designs, new product, specials, etc. It can be very helpful. Especially during the busy months where product turnaround gets hectic.
